Text Box: A large 3ft round balloon filled with 100 small balloons and flutter-fetti is suspended from the ceiling – at the right moment your DJ can detonate and release a cascade of balloons and confetti over the dance floor... or you can pop it yourself with a popping wand. Alternatively, at venues where the ceiling is too low (or too high!) the 3ft and small balloons can be filled with helium and secured on top of a balloon column – when popped, the small balloons will first fly up then, throughout the night, will drop to the floor giving you two effects - an 'up' and a 'down'!
