Text Box: A Cloud Nine is an arrangement of nine balloons to resemble clouds – hence the name! These can be used individually on tables, around the room or linked clusters (usually three but can be expanded to any number depending on venue size). This looks particularly good behind the top table for a wedding, or the buffet table for a party – so for a wedding with an evening buffet it can have two uses.       There are also mini versions which can also be used anywhere.
